Parker Moody from the Wilson, NC branch school was featured on Spectrum news for recently becoming the ISKA World Breaking Champion. Parker also set a World Record live on ESPN. Way to go Parker!!
This is what we do! We offer a flexible schedule of day and evening classes along with private lessons and seminars.
World Champion Parker Moody breaking 2 Louisville Sluggers with a roundhouse kick during our breaking seminar. Parker has been training under Grandmaster Dong’s system for 12 years, is a 3rd degree black belt, and holds many National and World titles as well as a World Record.

Moldova - University of Health & Sport.
Grandmaster Dong was invited to the University in Moldova where he gave instruction to students and a taekwondo demonstration.
Grandmaster Dong's earned the title of Speed King of the World during a Grandmasters tournament held in Tague, Korea in November 1999. This year marks the 20th Anniversary of the event.
